I’ve decided to dedicate the time from tomorrow to Halloween on perfecting my yoga and getting better and deeper into poses. My plan is to at least 3 hours of yoga a week (probably six 30 minute sessions). But here are the poses that I want to get into and that I’m going to focus on perfecting. I’m gonna post beginning stages tomorrow and hopefully update you twice a month! If you’ve every wanted to twist your beautiful bodies into these poses, I’ve posted links to video instructions and word instructions too!

If you’re gonna work your way up to these poses, please do not just go full throttle. Make sure you practice, warm up, and cool down or you’re gonna be in some gnarly gnarly pain and might do some bad damage.
